Kelly is a civil litigator with over seven years of experience practicing in British Columbia. Her practice focuses on managing disputes through all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, contested applications, and trial work.
She has experience advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing risk, and resolving matters in a practical and efficient manner. She regularly conducts examinations for discovery, prepares matters for hearing and trial, and represents clients at mediations.
In addition to her litigation practice, Kelly has prepared written submissions for administrative tribunals, including the Civil Resolution Tribunal and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
Kelly is known for her strong writing, thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and ability to navigate complex and high-conflict matters.
Earlier in her career, Kelly contributed to legal research and policy work, including co-authoring reports on fisheries law and contributing to academic legal journals.
